Bachelor of Philosophy (BPhil)
Bachelor of Philosophy (BPhil) is an undergraduate degree in philosophy. It is a broad degree that covers a wide range of philosophical topics, such as logic, ethics, metaphysics, epistemology, and political philosophy.
The BPhil course curriculum typically includes courses on Logic, Metaphysics, Epistemology, Ethics, Political philosophy, History of philosophy, Philosophy of science, Philosophy of law, Philosophy of language, Philosophy of mind & Philosophy of religion.
Students also have the opportunity to take elective courses in areas of interest, such as environmental philosophy, feminist philosophy, or philosophy of art.
To be eligible for a BPhil course, candidates must have completed 10 + 2/Intermediate/PUC from recognized board in India. Students having strong strong interest in philosophy & think critically and analytically.
After completion of BPhil course, graduates can go on to pursue a career in academia, law, business, or government. They can also work as journalists, consultants, or writers.
