Weekdays and nights are when the majority of courses are offered. To offer lessons all around the world, Cameron makes use of the internet, television, and a nationwide fiber-optic network. Students can take part in pre-professional studies, cooperative learning, independent study, teacher certification, and the Army ROTC programme. Additionally, Cameron provides programmes for honours, early entrance, advanced standing, and college-level exams. Due to their typical ACT scores being in the ninth percentile, 58% of new students need remedial instruction.
On campus, there are numerous clubs and organisations for a variety of interests, including departmental, minority, professional, political, and religious associations as well as a number of honorary and recognised societies. Student government, choral ensembles, jazz ensembles, theatre, and Greek life are additional opportunities for involvement for students.
