Students from India may submit an application if they satisfy one of the following requirements:

• Students must get a first-class undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline after completing their four years of college at an accredited school.
• Students may also have earned a master's degree with honors from an accredited university in a relevant discipline.

International students from non-English speaking nations must also meet the program's minimal qualifying criteria and demonstrate their English language skills by taking the IELTS, TOEFL, or an equivalent exam.
