About

The main campus of San Jose State University consists of around 55 buildings spread in a rectangular 154-acre (62.3-hectare) area in downtown San Jose. San Fernando Street to the north, San Salvador Street to the south, South 4th Street to the west, and South 10th Street to the east from the campus's boundaries. The south campus, which houses many of the school's sporting facilities, is located on South 7th Street, about 1.5 miles (2.4 kilometers) south of the main campus.

MBA	Early Career Professional	ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT A bachelor's degree from an authorized university in the United States, or the equivalent of a bachelor's degree from a recognized school in the United States if acquired outside of the United States. A GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is desirable. ELIGIBILITY FOR INDIAN STUDENTS Students must have an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline from an Indian institution. Instead, students must have earned a master's degree with distinction in a related discipline from a recognized university. International students from non-English speaking countries must demonstrate English proficiency by IELTS/TOEFL/any similar test in addition to meeting the basic qualifying requirements.

Candidates must have a 3.0 overall grade point average (GPA) in all classes or over the past two years as an undergraduate, or a 3.0 in the major. ELIGIBILITY FOR INDIAN STUDENTS Candidates must have a bachelor's degree. TOEFL, IELTS, and other English Language Proficiency Test scores are required.
M.P.H	Master of Public Health	ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT Students must have a bachelor's degree from a recognized university with an overall GPA of 3.0 in the past 60 semester or quarter units. It is necessary to have strong writing abilities as well as evidence of quantitative aptitude (grades and/or GRE score). Students must present TOEFL, IELTS, and other English Language Proficiency Test results.
MSW	Master Social Work	ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT Candidates must have a four-year bachelor's degree and have a GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Candidates must have a math and physics background that is compatible with an undergraduate degree program in Engineering or Sciences. MIM	Transportation Management	ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT A bachelor's degree from an approved university is required. A 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale is necessary.
