The Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE) was founded in 1964 as a self-governing non-profit organisation. IPE is a premier AICTE-approved management institute that focuses on developing students into future leaders in organisations and society. Management education, research, consulting, and training are among the primary goals of IPE. In 1995, the Institute launched its first two-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme to meet industry's demand for skilled human resources.
