The ICFAI University, Meghalaya has been established under Section 4 (2) of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University, Meghalaya Act 2005 (Act No.12 of 2005) passed by Legislative Assembly of Meghalaya. The University has been notified under Notification No.EDN.261/2004/124 Dated, 22-02-2006. The University is empowered by UGC to award degrees under Section 22 of UGC Act 1956.

 BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Pass any discipline in Class XII. Students awaiting the results of their final exams are also able to apply.

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT 

  • The selection of applicants into the Program is made through screening of application and interview. While evaluating students for admission, due weightage is given to their academic distinction, awards in sports/cultural events, debates, quizzes and other extra co-curricular activities.

BCA

 B.C.A. - Bachelor of Computer Applications

  • Graduation in any discipline with 45% and above aggregate marks with mathematics as a subject in 10 + 2; 45% and above in BCA.
  • Final year degree students are also eligible to apply.
  • Lateral Entry option into 2 year for those who have completed their undergraduate programs either in BCA or BSc (Information Technology / Computer Science) with at least 5% in qualifying degree examinations.
