The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University, Sikkim popularly known as The ICFAI University, Sikkim has been established under Section 4(2) of the ICFAI University, Sikkim Act 2004 (Act 9 of 2004) passed by Legislative Assembly of Sikkim. The University has been notified under Notification No. 9/LD/2004 Dated 15th October, 2004. The University is recognised under Section 2 (f) of the UGC Act 1956 and empowered to award degrees under Section 22 of UGC Act. The University is a member of the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi, Member of Association of Commonwealth Universities, UK., United Nations Global Compact and ECOSOC.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Candidate must have Passed 10+2 with aggregate 50% and above preferably in commerce, mathematics or physics as one of the major subjects. 
  • Final year students awaiting results can also apply.

LL.B

 Bachelor of Law

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Candidate must have passed Graduation or equivalent (in any subject) with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
  • Students awaiting the results of their final year examinations are also eligible for admission.
  • The LL.B Program has an age limit of 30 years.

  • The candidate must have completed 10+2 with a grade point average of 50% or above from a recognized board.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Candidate must have Passed 10+2 with aggregate 50% and above (any discipline) from recognized board.
  • Final year students awaiting results can also apply.

BTTM

 BACHELOR OF TRAVEL AND TOURISM MANAGEMENT

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Candidate must have passed 10+2 with a grade point average of 40% or above (any discipline) from a recognized board.
  • Students in their final year who are awaiting their results may also apply.

BBA LLB (Hons)

 Bachelor of Business Administration & Bachelor of Legislative Law Honours

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Candidate must have Passed with 50% and above aggregate marks in Class XII or equivalent in any discipline (Best of the 5 subjects including English). Scores of Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), Law School Admission Test (LSAT) and the ICFAI Law School Admission Test (ILSAT) will be given weightage. Students appearing for final examinations and awaiting results are also eligible for admission.
  • Applicants should not be more than 20 years of age as on the day of commencement of the program.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Pass with 50% and above aggregate marks in Class XII or equivalent in any discipline (Best of the 5 subjects including English).
  • Scores of Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) & Law School Admission Test (LSAT) will be considered
  • Applicants should not be more than 20 years of age as on the day of commencement of the semester I. However, the changes made to age limitation by the BCI from time to time will be followed.
