About

The establishment of Matsya University in Alwar was announced by the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan in his budget address for 2012-13. The University was notified in the Gazette on August 23, 2012. (Matsya University Act, 2012 No. 29). On 04-07-2014, the name of the institution was changed to Raj Rishi Bhartrihari Matsya University, Alwar by notification No. 2 (14) Vidhi/02/2014 of the state government. The University's temporary site is now housed at the Ladies Hostel Building of BSR Government Arts College in Alwar. As the building's construction is completed, the University's permanent campus will be located in Village Haldeena, Tehsil Malakhera.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Candidates are deemed qualified for the B.B.A. program if they have successfully finished their 10 + 2 class level board examination with at least 45% of the total possible points.
  • The candidates must have passed the CBSE or any recognized board's 10 + 2 class level board examination.
  • International students who must pass the GCE "A" level for any other test that satisfies the requirements of the 10 + 2 are also regarded qualified for the B.B.A. program.
