Om Parkash Jogender Singh University is abbreviated as OPJS. The OPJS University was founded by Act 16 of 2013, which was created and proclaimed on August 2, 2013 by the Hon'ble Governor of Rajasthan State. This university is located on 32 acres of land surrounded by Aravali Hills in a pollution-free, lush green, and environmentally friendly setting. We have taken every precaution to ensure that the construction of buildings and other infrastructure does not disrupt the area's biological equilibrium. The area's vegetation and animals are also given equal weight. The general environment of the university is favorable to study since it is removed from the routine, the worry, and the frenzy of modern life.
We have designed the campus in such a way that a student does not need to leave the university site for his or her everyday necessities. Taking the geographical and topological circumstances of the area in mind, we designed our building with a strong emphasis on energy conservation and water collection.
We have international-standard instructional and infrastructure facilities.
We can make sacrifices in terms of number, but never in terms of quality.
We have built a large number of dormitories and hostels to house teachers, students, and other support employees.
We have also taken care of the day scholars, providing them with free transportation from the nearby train and bus terminals. Five buses run at regular intervals between the campus and major stations.
The library is the powerhouse of wisdom and the backbone of an institution; we brag of having a central library packed with over 100,000 books, including over 20000 titles and reference books. The entire campus is wi-fi equipped, with cutting-edge smart classrooms for efficient and effective instruction. We also examined the relevance of communication skills, as our students, particularly those from rural backgrounds, found themselves at a disadvantage when competing with students from metropolitan backgrounds. A language lab with a capacity of 150 pupils is put up to help them become more verbose. We shall not leave any stone unturned in our efforts to deliver quality education to the underprivileged.
