The Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology And Sciences (SHUATS) is established under U.P. Act No. 35 of 2016, as passed by the Uttar Pradesh Legislature. SHUATS is established and administered by the Ecumenical Minority Christian Society namely the Sam Higginbottom Educational and Charitable Society registered under the Society Registration Act, 1860 in the State of Uttar Pradesh. The University is a united endeavour of the Christian community in India for promoting rural life and development in conformity with the Christian vision of human kind and the creation. The University is held in trust as a common ecumenical heritage by the Christian Churches and Christian Organizations of the country. It seeks to be a national centre of professional excellence in education and service to the people with the participation of students and faculty members from all over India.

  • Applicants seeking admission to the two-year full-time M.Tech program must have completed a BE/B. Tech in the relevant stream from a recognized university.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Candidates for admission to the 2 Year Full-Time Bachelor of Physical Education [B.P.Ed] program must have earned a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least a 50% grade point average, as well as participation in inter-college, inter-zonal, district, or school athletic competitions as modified by the AIU/IOA/SGFI/Govt. of India (or) a Bachelor's Degree in Physics.

  • A Bachelor's Degree with a Pass in Any Discipline from a Recognized University or Equivalent is required for applicants to the 2 Year Full-Time Master of Social Work [MSW] program.

B.Com

 Bachelor of Commerce

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Candidates for admission to the three-year, full-time Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com] degree should have completed their 10+2 requirements from an accredited board in any field.

M.Com

 Finance
Master & Commerce

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Candidates for admission to the 2 Year Full-Time M.Com program are required to have completed a B.Com with 45% at an accredited institution.

BCA

 B.C.A. - Bachelor of Computer Applications

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Candidates for the three-year, full-time Bachelor of Computer Applications [BCA] degree must have completed their 10+2 requirements from an accredited institution with Mathematics or Agricultural as one of their subjects and a minimum score of 45%.

MCA

 Master of Computer Applications

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Candidates for the 3 Year Full-Time Master of Computer Applications [M.C.A] program must have a Regular Bachelor's Degree of at least three years' duration in any field from a recognized university, together with Mathematics at the 10+2 level or a BCA with 50% marks or 5.5.

B.Ed

 Bachelor of Education

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Candidates for the 2 Year Full-Time Bachelor of Education [B. Ed] program must have at least 50% of their undergraduate degree in the sciences, social sciences, or humanities, or a bachelor's degree in engineering or technology with a specialization in the sciences and mathematics with 55% of the possible points, or any other qualification that is comparable.

M.Ed

 Master of Education

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Candidates for the 2 Year Full-Time Master of Education [M.Ed] program must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a minimum of 50% overall or an equivalent grade in B.Ed, B.A.B.Ed, B.Sc.B.Ed, B.El.Ed, or D.El.Ed.
