Presidency Group of Institutions (PGI), along with the University, constitutes 7 Schools and a College. While the college offers programmes to students at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in information technology, commerce, management and journalism, the schools offer National and International Boards of Studies.Presidency College, located in Bengaluru, has been re-accredited by NAAC with ‘A+’ . The postgraduate MBA programme at Presidency College is approved by the AICTE, Delhi. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Pre-university / Higher Secondary /10+2 exams success Pass with Physics and Mathematics as required topics, plus Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Electronics, and Computing.
  • obtained at least 45% (or 40% for applicants in the Reserved Category) in the combined grades for the aforementioned topics.
  • The minimum qualifying grades for SC/ST, Category -1, and OBC (2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B) students from Karnataka (Karnataka applicants) are 40%.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Master's degree or a professional degree deemed equivalent to the Master's degree by the relevant statutory regulatory body, with a good academic record and a minimum of 55% of aggregate marks or its equivalent grade "B" in the UGC 7-point scale (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is used) OR.
  • M.Phil. degree with at least 55% overall marks, or its equivalent grade of "B" on the UGC 7-point scale, in the M.Phil. program's coursework.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • No student shall be eligible for admission to the One-Year Master of Law (LL.M) Degree Program unless he or she has successfully completed the exam required by a University for the award of the LL.B degree.
  • Admission to the One Year Master of Law (LL.M) Program shall be based on merit in the preceding degree, scores obtained in the All India Admission Test administered annually by the Universities individually or by a group of Universities jointly, specifically for this purpose, to assess aptitude for teaching/research, legal reasoning, comprehension, and basic legal knowledge, and an interview conducted by Presidency University, Centre for Post-Graduate Studies (CPGLS).
