The University is recognised by UGC under section 2(f) of UGC Act, 1956 and is empowered by UGC to award degrees under Section 22 of UGC Act, 1956.

Ph.D

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • One-year / two-semester Master's Degree program after a four-year / eight-semester Bachelor's Degree program, with a minimum of 75% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade on a point scale wherever the grading system is used.

  • Graduation in any discipline with 45% and above aggregate marks

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent (any discipline) with 45% or above aggregate marks (best of the five courses including English). The results of the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) and the Law School Admission Test (LSAT) will be weighted.
