ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Qualified in the 2020 TS PGECET or the GATE (2018, 2019, or 2020).
• B.Tech./B.E. with a core branch in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or its equivalent is required for ECE and ME.
• B.Tech./B.E. in computer science or engineering, or an equivalent degree, or an MCA are required for CSE.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Candidates for the six-year Full-Time Integrated B.Tech program must achieve the following requirements, according to the institute.

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT 

• Candidates must be SSC (10th) of Indian Origin (PIO)/Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders and have completed their education.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Engineering Ph.D. Program

• Candidates having an M.Tech. or MS in a relevant discipline and a GATE score or equivalent qualification are eligible.
• At the postgraduate level, you must have a minimum CGPA of 7.5 out of 10 (general category) or 7.0 (SC/ST category).

Science Ph.D. program

• First Class at the Master's level in an applicable branch of MA or M.Sc. with a minimum CPI of 7.0 or 70% of the marks.
• Candidates from the SC/ST category must have a minimum CGPA of 6.5 and must get 65 percent of the total possible points.
• The candidate must be a UGC-JRF or NET-eligible CSIR-JRF.
