Gujarat Vidyapith is an educational institution founded by Mahatma Gandhi in 1920. Gujarat Vidyapith is a UGC recognized deemed University. The institution offers UG programs like B.A., B.Sc., B.Ed., BPES, B.P.Ed., and B.Lib.I.Sc. The PG programs include M.A., M.Ed., M.P.Ed., M.Lib.I.Sc., MSW, M.Sc., MCA, and MBA. The University also offers courses like M.Phil, Ph.D., PGD and Certificate programs.
Admission to these programs is conducted directly by applying to the University. For most UG programs, the candidate is selected on the basis of merit. For programs like B.Ed. Hindi, student would have to appear for the admission test conducted by the University. Admission to PG programs like MCA and MBA is based on the entrance test by the University.
