To establish and incorporate the Birsa Munda Tribal University, a teaching university, in the state of Gujarat. The university will be located in the Rajpipla District, Narmada, and its goals will be to: (1) provide access to education in the areas of technical, skill-based, vocational, management, tourism, tribal arts, culture, and traditional value systems; (2) develop flexible and innovative academic and research programmes in emerging areas, with special reference to the tribal population of Gujarat.
