Al-Karim University, Katihar, was formed in 2018 under the Bihar Private Universities Act, 2013, and was recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) in 2019. Katihar was inducted into the university shortly after it was established, Katihar Medical College. For the sake of a better future, the institution continues to establish academic courses and conduct research.
