Who is Chef…?
A chef is a trained professional cook and tradesman who is skilled in all elements of food preparation& presentationtaste and generally specializes in one cuisine and at times multi cuisines. The name "chef" comes from the term "chef de cuisine," which refers to a kitchen's director or head.
Different terms containing the word chef in their titles deal with different aspects of food preparation. The kitchen assistants work beneath the chefs.

Some institutes also offer certificate and diploma programs in food production, patisserie and many other specific dishes.

They start as Junior Chef and become Executive Chef from restaurants to star hotels. They can even become celebrity chefs and work with top industrialists or celebrities.
Chef offers rewarding career and option to be independent and start on their own. It can be taxing at times, but name, fame and money can compensate for the effort and work they put in odd hours.
