The Association for Welfare of the Handicapped (AWH) is a major charitable voluntary organization working in the Indian state of Kerala. The service of the Association is in the field of human resource development in the area of disability welfare. Formed in 1973, and registered in 1975 under society’s registration Act XXI of 1860, the AWH has at present 96 welfare institutions and projects and its beneficiaries exceed 13000 b per annum.
