Grace Valley College of Arts & Science at Wadirrahma, Maravattam, Chengottoor P O, Malappuram Dist, Kerala, India, was established in 2004 as a Self-Financing Arts & Science College under the Management of IKHVANI TRUST, which started functioning in 1997. The Government of Kerala had accorded sanction for starting an unaided self financing Arts & Science College from the year 2003-2004 vide Ref. No. G.O. Ms No. 135/2003/H.Edn. dated 04/09/2003, and Sanction is accorded granting provisional affiliation to University of Calicut during 2003-2004 with permission to start the college in the name of Grace Valley College of Arts & Science during 2004-2005. vide reference No. GAI/D3/2849/2003 dated 29-07-2004.

The Institution performs under the spiritual leadership and guidance of USTHAD ATHIPETTA MOIDEENKUTTY MUSLIAR. His insight and enthusiasm is the fundamental source of inspiration to the manifold development of the college.

The college functions in a magnificent building overlooking the Vettichira - Kadampuzha - Vattaparambu - Perinthalmanna Road, one side with splendid scenery. The College is situated at a distance of 11 K.Ms from Kottakkal town, 20 K.Ms from Kuttippuram Railway station and 45 K.Ms from Calicut University Campus.

At present the college have seven under graduate programmes-B.Com, BBA, B.Sc Physics, BCA, BA English, B.A Foreign trade, B.Sc Chemistry and two post graduate programme -M.Sc Physics and M.Sc Chemistry. The college provides healthy and congenial atmosphere for the moral and academic development of the students.
