CICS College of Teacher Education, one of the pioneer Institutions in the field of teacher education, started functioning with effect from the academic year -2005. Instituted under the Management of Calicut Islamic Cultural Society-CICS- which is wholly dedicated to Social Service, it is full-fledged college imparting B.Ed curriculum of University of Calicut, recognized and approved by NCTE & Government of Kerala and affiliated to University of Calicut. Since its inception, CICS College of Teacher Education has been focusing on imparting quality education and to channelise the expansion of education from the institution to the society.
