Jamia Nadwiyya Edavanna is an educational complex with 19 institutions, established and maintained by Kerala Nadwathul Mujahideen (K.N.M), a registered society under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. Jamia Nadwiyya Edavanna is a co-educational institution, located on the main campus of 32 acres of land in Malappuram Dist, Kerala, just near the river Chaliyar. This educational complex consists of Sharia college, Arts & Science college, Training college, Teachers Training Institute, Residential Higher Secondary School for girls, Women's Arabic College, Central Library, IGNOU Regular Study Centre (NCPUL), Maahad Thaufeedul Quran, CBSE School, Kulliyathal Hadeeth, Self Financing Higher Secondary School and Minority coaching center for Muslim youths. Kerala Nadwathul Mujahedeen (K.N.M) has been promoting girls' higher education more than any other organization. Accordingly, an Arabic college exclusively for women was established in 2013, as a recognized college and it is affiliated with the University of Calicut. This is a self-financing college offering BA-Afzal-ul ulama preliminary and BA-Afzal-ul-ulama degree. A large number of women folk enter this college for study and exit to serve the community.
