The College has addressed the needs of the surrounding community. With this goal in mind, the campus has a post office. Students and staff can use the telephone at the cooperative store. Every year, students vote to form a College Union. The College Union is in charge of representing their ideas, programs, and problems.

The Staff Council, which includes the Principal as Chairman, Department heads, and elected staff members, meets on a regular basis to assess the College's needs and development. Though the permission of the Government is required in all policy matters, the Principals, Teachers, and Students strive for the smooth operation of the College with ambitions and dreams for the institution's steady growth.
