Trinity College of Engineering, founded in 2011, is one of Kerala's fastest growing engineering colleges. UST Global is a multibillion-dollar multinational corporation headquartered in Trivandrum with operations in more than a dozen countries. Trinity engages in external projects that spur innovation in a variety of sectors, thanks to its cutting-edge labs, enterprising faculty, and enthusiastic students. The college creates and delivers breathalyzers to the Kerala Police Department, IoT products, and custom robotics and electronics to the industry and healthcare sectors.
The university and Kerala Startup Mission rank Trinity as the top college for entrepreneurship. It acts as the cluster head for other engineering colleges in Trivandrum, promoting startup culture. Trinity was named the Indian Society for Technical Education's best emerging chapter and best faculty chapter.
