THE MAR THOMA CHURCH EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY SUPPORTS THE ST.THOMAS INSTITUTE FOR SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY.

St. Thomas Institute for Science and Technology (STIST) was founded in 2010 by the Mar Thoma Church Educational Society, Trivandrum, who are pioneering educators with a more than 50-year track record. Our patron is Most Rev. Dr. Joseph Mar Thoma Metropolitan, and our president is Rt. Rev. Joseph Mar Barnabas Episcopa, Bishop of the Mar Thoma church's diocese of Thiruvananthapuram-Kollam.

The Society operates reputable educational institutions in Trivandrum, including St. Thomas Residential School (ICSE), St. Thomas Central School (CBSE), St. Thomas Higher Secondary School (State Syllabus), St. Thomas Public School, and a Teachers' Training College.

The college, which is located on 20 acres of land and is approved by AICTE, the Government of Kerala, and is affiliated with APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, is dedicated to generating, disseminating, and preserving knowledge, as well as applying that knowledge to the challenges we face. The goal is to establish a strong center of excellence with cutting-edge education and research facilities.
