Rajadhani Institute of Science and Technology (RIST) is a private self-financing engineering college founded in 2010 in Kerala's Palakkad District. The college is housed on a 13-acre (54 000-square-meter) rural campus about halfway between Palakkad and Ottappalam on the Palakkad-Ottapalam State Highway. The college offers B Tech courses in five engineering disciplines: civil, mechanical, electrical and electronics, electronics and communication, and computer science.

Ammini Foundation promotes Rajadhani Institute of Science and Technology (RIST) with a clear vision and objective of being an outstanding center for learning and development of human resources that is conducive to rapidly changing national and international situations.

The College will be dedicated to growing as a value and need-based quality education provider in India, particularly in the state of Kerala. Its ultimate goal is to produce qualified, competent, dignified, and dependable manpower that is responsive to the changing needs of society at the national and international levels.

It aims to stimulate and promote activities that will help students and faculty improve their professional competency. It shall follow a consistent policy of recruiting highly qualified teachers with expertise in various fields of engineering.

As the world shifts toward a knowledge-based society, the value of "knowledge" has grown everywhere. As a result, the rich-poor divide could be transformed into a knowledge-rich and knowledge-poor society. In such a case, the College plays an important role in disseminating knowledge among the student body.

The College will make every effort to produce quality workers. Along with world-class opportunities, the College will work to strengthen the physical, mental, and spiritual faculties of teachers and students. Collaboration with other academic and research institutions in the country and abroad will be strengthened as well. Ultimately, an educational township will be established in the quiet village atmosphere of Mankara, Palakkad District.

In terms of student admissions and fee structure, Rajadhani Institute of Science and Technology follows Kerala Government guidelines. The college has implemented the AICTE Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme to promote technical education for women, the handicapped, and the weaker sections of society.
