MGM College of Engineering & Pharmaceutical Sciences, Valanchery, named after the Eminent Saint Geevarghese Mar Gregorios, popularly known as ParumalaThirumeni (Bishop of Parumala), is located in Athipatta, Valachery, Malappuram District, Kerala. The College is part of the MGM group of institutions, which is dedicated to ensuring international standards in career orientation. The college is affiliated with the All India Council for Technical Education [AICTE], New Delhi, and is now part of the Kerala Technological University, KTU.
Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Mechatronics are the seven B.Tech programs offered by the institution. The annual intake is 300 students. The institution also offers M.Tech Programs in Computer Science and Engineering, Construction Engineering & Management (Eligibility Degree in Civil Engineering), VLSI (Eligibility Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering), Applied Electronics and Communication Systems (Eligibility Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering).
The Institute's vision is to establish the College as a center of excellence for developing globally competent professionals with refined attitudes in technology and management.
Our Intellectual Wealth is comprised of around 50 highly qualified Faculty and Staff members from various backgrounds, as well as dedicated senior and experienced Technology Gurus. The 'Group Tutor' and'mentoring' systems have proven to be effective in evaluative and corrective fields. Counseling and personal interaction are two supportive systems that have been implemented. The natural and human bond with parents strengthens the Institution's development.
Under the active chairmanship of Dr. Geevarghese Yohannan and the guidance of the young and dynamic Director, Mr. H.
