Since its founding in 2004, College of Engineering Kottarakkara has been Kerala's top technical college. Through its updated curricula, CE Kottarakkara offers B.Tech. degrees in Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering. The college has received approval from the All India Council for Technical Education and is affiliated with APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU) (AICTE). It is managed by the Keralan government's IHRD (Institute of Human Resources Development).
