Mannam NSS College, Anchal affiliated to the University of Kerala, is a self-financing institution offering courses of study namely B.Com ( Computer Application) , B.Com ( Co-operation) and B.A ( English Language and Literature). The University has also sanctioned starting of B.Com ( Finance& Taxation ) during the academic year 2015-16, (subject to final approval).

The name of the college commemorates the sacred memory of the Late MannathPadmanabhan , social reformer, educationist and visionary and founder of the Nair Service Society, a number of schools, Colleges, Technical educational Institutions including Engineering College and hospitals. Our objective is running the institution by following his foot prints to put into practice the noble ideas of the visionary leader whose dream was to impart the best education to all sections of the society irrespective of religion, caste or creed. It is also our endeavour to provide the best curricular and co-curricular facilities while aiming at the overall physical, mental and spiritual development of the students. The college situated in18 acre,provides a calm, serene and idyllicatmosphere to the Institution and the vicinity of the famous KadayattuKalari Devi temple. The college is owned and managed by PathanapuramTaluk N.S.S Karayogam Union that runs other educational institutions like higher secondary schools and teacher education college. The best physical facilities have been provided to the College in spite of the fact that it is only one year old.
