College of Nursing is a nursing school in Hyderabad, close to Raj Bhavan. In Hyderabad, it is a designated heritage structure. The newly elected Telangana government, led by Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, intends to demolish the structure and replace it with high-rise buildings.
Previously known as Hyderabad Civil Service House, it housed the offices of the top civil servants of the then-Hyderabad State, known as Hyderabad Civil Service until 1948. This building was converted into a nursing college after the country's merger with India in 1950.
